What We Collect

When you log in with Discord, we collect only:

We do not collect your email, password, Discord messages, friends list, server memberships, or any other personal information.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power your Payon Palace account. This includes displaying your name in guild member lists, attributing timer entries you create, and managing your preferences.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on a secured server. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

Visit counts

To see which parts of the site people use, we count page visits ourselves. For each page we note which page it was, the time, whether you were signed in, whether the device is a phone, tablet or computer, and the name of the website that linked you here, if any. A random ID in a cookie lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one. We do not record your IP address, we do not follow you to other websites, and none of this is shared with anyone. Individual visits are deleted after six months; only daily totals are kept after that.

Cookies

We use two cookies of our own: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and the random visitor ID described above. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Data Deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the site administrator through the Payon Stories Discord community.

Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
